Thank You card

This thank you card was made for a neighbor who loaned my husband a walker the other day when he hurt his foot and couldn't get around. I was real pleased with how it turned out. I think the paper really made it.

Again I used WC page 35 Stitched blackout, no shift at 5 1/2 and PS rectangle at 5 1/4 and 5. I used CB with a square floral and embossed the square. Then I chalked and stickled it. The lettering is SB cut twice. Skittles are on the corners. Real simple.

Note Card Set

I finally finished a complete set of note cards. I've wanted to do that since I started a couple months ago, but everytime I got started I'd see something on the MS and I'd want to try it. I've made a change in the blue card. I wasn't really pleased with the way the words read, but I was trying to hide a stamping error. (I used a aqua ink and it blended right in with the flowers). I asked for advice and one our card buddies also felt the wording read strange. That's all I needed was confirmation. LOL

All the cards are cut using WC page 35 Stitched blackout, no shift. The base card is 5 1/2. The the sheets are cut with PS Rectangle at 5 1/4 and 5. Of course the squares and rectangles the flowers are on vary by the size of the stamp. Some are cut with PS and I just cut with my cutter. I believe most of the phrases are from WC. (Love that cart !) The stamps are clear stamps in a pack I got a M and the bouquet is off M's $1 table. I used MCPT and stickles. Ribbon, Skittles and brads were used as embellishments.

Another House Mouse

I can't resist these little fellows. Made this for my brother. Never did finish his Valentines card so I made him this one. Tried not to make it too feminine.

4th Stamp using the Gamsol Magic Color Pencils

I just love using this technique though I'm still experimenting. I also really like the House Mouse collection. I recently ordered several and received them the other day. Those mice are just so darn cute. This is the first one is colored. I just love him.

For My 3 year Old GD

My Granddaughter, Delina, who loves to dress-up with her purse and play high heels is getting this card. I think she'll love it. It was perfect for her. It's amazing how the glitter adds to the glitz.

Note Card

Thought I'd try something different in the way of paper and style. Also this is the second thing I've used the pencils and mineral spirits.

Card for Daughter

Hi - My daughter called today and was upset so I decided make her a card. I used the Gamsol Magic Pencil technique (just got the mineral spirits) so I thought I would give it a try. I really enjoyed it. I used sickles on the flowers after I colored them and the Cuddlebug for the scalloped frame. Hope you like it.

Valentines Cards

The pink card was for my mom. She is so sweet and this card reminds of that sweetness. I used the CB and different sizes of letters and shadows with Cricut SB. The flowers are from WIMG and of course those pretty skittles and stickles.

The second one was for my hubby. Simple red and white. The white was CB with dotted swiss and the heart is from SB. I used stickles for the shine and ribbon along the front between the hearts.

LOVE THOSE SHOES

I just love the way this card turned out. I'm new at making cards and this blogging. Hope it works and the pic shows up.
